Absolutely. The Hair Flex's unique hinge allows it to adjust in

Do you have to use the Hair Flex along with other styling
products or a blow dryer?
Not necessarily. While the Special Effects Styling Spray is perfect
to getting certain sculpted looks, the Hair Flex brush is useful
in any situation that calls for a hair brush.

While there are certain salons that carry the Hair Flex and an assortment

Will my order be shipped the same day it's placed?
In most cases, orders placed before 2:00pm CT will be shipped the
same day.
How can I track my order?
Domestic orders should receive a tracking number via email when
the order is shipped as long as a valid email address is provided.
How long does it take for International orders to arrive?
International orders are shipped via UPS Express and barring any
interference from customs should take 3-5 business days to arrive.
However, customs will often hold packages for extended periods of
time.
What is your return policy?
Our general return policy is that any unopened/resalable product
can be returned within 30 days for a refund, minus shipping costs.
When will my purchase show up on my credit card statement?
Orders placed online will show up immediately. Orders placed over
the phone will be run manually, and will show up within 24 hours.
Please note that orders placed over the phone will appear as a charge
from "Sunset Marketing" on your credit card statement.
What forms of payment do you accept?
