Ordering
You may order using one of three methods: online, telephone,
or snail mail using a personal check or money order. Our office
hours are 9a.m. - 5p.m. Mon.-Thurs. & 9a.m. - 4p.m. Fridays:
Central time. You can mail a personal check along with your
Name, Address, Telephone number, and what you would like to
order to: Sunset Hair & Beauty, 554 Green Tree Cv., Ste
201, Collierville, TN 38017
Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Check
by phone, and E-checks. To place an order with a credit card
you must be the cardholder. If a credit card is denied, we
will notify the customer. If the customer is not contacted,
the order will be canceled.
Payment by Check
Orders placed with personal checks, will be held until the
check clears the bank. Money orders and certified bank checks
will be processed immediately. All checks returned will be
charged a $20.00 service fee. Orders will not be sent until
funds are collected. Checks and money orders must be drawn
on a US bank in US funds.
Same day Shipping
Our policy is to ship all orders received before 2:00PM CT
on the same day the order is placed. In many cases orders
placed as late as 4:00PM CT can be shipped the same day.
Returns
Our general return policy is that any unopened/resalable product
can be returned within 30 days for a refund, minus shipping
costs.
Holidays
We will accept online orders, but are not open for business
and will not ship orders on the following holidays:
Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th, Martin Luther King Day,
Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve,
Christmas Day, the day after Christmas, New Year's Day
Please allow extra time for delivery if you place an order
on or around one of these dates.
